Monday through Thursday - 9 AM until 6 PM Friday - 9 AM until 4 PM The best time to contact Dr. Bank is during office hours. If I am not available to take your call, please leave a message and I will call you back to make an appointment. Individual and family sessions typically last 50 minutes. If there is any type of emergency after office hours please contact 911. You can also contact the 24-hour community crisis hotline at 1-800-357-9774. |
Prior to our first appointment, the reason for therapy, involved parties, age(s), and other related information will be gathered by phone. Our first appointment will be scheduled at this time, as well. During our first appointment the frequency of therapy sessions will be determined and future appointments can be made after this time. Appointments for treatment that is already ongoing can take place after visits or by phone or email between visits, or both. |
